Naa Kwaley has extensive experience in administration and human resource management having worked as Administrative Manager and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (Finance and Administration) at CTK Network Aviation (CityLInk Airlines). She is responsible for daily administrative management of StarMarc, as well as business development and client service management.

Before Co-founding StarMarc Ghana Limited, Naa Kwaley also worked on identifying new prospective business hubs, and evaluating business opportunities for new routes for CityLink Airlines, executed various aircraft parts supply agreements as Liaison officer between CityLink and suppliers in the US, UK and Brazil. She also worked as Credit Officer at Cash Today Loan Co. – London UK and was responsible for reviewing business and individual loan applications.

Naa Kwaley holds an M.Sc. International Finance and Investment from London South Bank University – UK and BSc Administration (Insurance) from the University of Ghana Business School.
