Francis has risen through the ranks of accounting & financial management and enjoyed a varied and fulfilling career as Chartered Accountant. He has a distinguished career within both the public and private sector. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, banking and insurance industry. He is responsible for the accounting, finance, and risk management practices of StarMarc.

Before Co-founding StarMarc Ghana Limited, Francis was Financial Reporting Officer of ProCredit SLC now Fidelity Bank, Internal Auditor of National Health Insurance Authority, and Auditor at KPMG Sierra Leone.

Francis is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICA), Certified Fraud Examiner and graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast.
